Return & Refund Policy – Vision Optics

At Vision Optics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• Original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation must be included.

• Products that have been damaged, altered, or used may not be eligible for return.

• Proof of purchase or order details may be required.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days and provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses and other opened or used eye-care products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing time.

Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by Vision Optics, we will cover the applicable return shipping cost. Returns for other reasons may be subject to return shipping charges.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact Vision Optics with:

• Your order number

• Reason for the return

• Photos/videos of the product, if applicable

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

Vision Optics reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
